Want to be a Parts Coordinator for Lee Air?

As a Parts Coordinator, you play a vital role in managing the flow of parts within the company. You identify, inspect, and coordinate parts, ensuring they align with production schedules and commitments. Your responsibilities include monitoring backorders, providing technical assistance to sales, customers, and branches, and updating the parts inventory database. Additionally, you generate progress reports on schedule status, parts usage, and inventory, contributing to efficient operations and customer satisfaction.


In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying, inspecting, coordinating, and processing parts.
  • Dispatching orders according to production schedules and commitments.
  • Monitoring all backorders and providing technical assistance to parts sales, customers, and branches.
  • Updating and monitoring the parts inventory database.
  • Generating progress reports on schedule status, parts usage, and inventory.
  • Maintaining records of completed orders, scanning, and filing.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Providing on-the-job training to employees.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management.


Minimum requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Functional experience utilizing ERP/MRP software.
  • Experience demonstrating professional customer service, communications, and on-time delivery.
  • Functional experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suites (particularly Word and Excel).

Physical requirements:

  • Ability to distinguish colors, and use close vision to perform detailed work.
